AML and fraud policy
How we handle stolen cards, laundering, and suspicious orders.
Digital codes are attractive to fraud because they are instant, portable, and hard to trace once delivered. This page explains what we do about it and what it means for a genuine customer.
What we monitor
- Repeated failed payments from the same account or address.
- Many orders in a short time from one IP or one payment instrument.
- Mismatch between the country of the payment method and the country we see.
- Attempts to look up order numbers that do not belong to the account.
What we may do
We may hold an order for manual review, ask for proof of identity or of ownership of the payment method, cancel and refund, or suspend an account. A held order is not a completed order, and we refund in full if we decide not to fulfil it.
Crypto payments
Stablecoin payments are received through NOWPayments. We record the transaction reference. We do not run our own blockchain address screening. We rely on the checks our payment provider performs before a payment is credited to us, and we record the transaction reference for every order.
Reporting
Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to PPATK, the Indonesian financial intelligence unit. We may be prohibited from telling you that a report has been made.
Chargebacks
A chargeback on a delivered code is treated as a dispute, not as a refund request. Contact us first. Most cases are resolved faster and in your favour that way.
If you are affected by mistake
Open a ticket. Genuine customers held by a rule are released once we can see the order is real, and we would rather do that than lose you.
