The rules that apply when you buy from this store.
Typing Scenes is an independent online store operated from Indonesia. Written questions and notices go to support@typingscenes.com, and we answer within 24 hours. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
What we sell
We are an independent retailer of digital game credit and gift cards. We buy from authorised distributors and resell. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the publishers whose products we carry, and their trade marks remain theirs.
Your account
You need an account to buy. Keep your password to yourself. Orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you.
Orders and pricing
Prices are held in US dollars. Amounts shown in other currencies are for reference and the final charge is set by the payment provider. A price shown by mistake does not oblige us to sell at it, and we will cancel and refund in full instead.
The details you enter, such as a game ID, are sent to the supplier exactly as given. A top up delivered to an ID you entered incorrectly cannot be recovered.
Delivery
Delivery times on product pages are targets, not guarantees. If we cannot fulfil an order we cancel it and refund in full.
Refunds
Set out on our refund policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Age
You must be at least 17 to buy. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
Acceptable use
Do not resell our codes as an authorised distributor, do not use stolen payment instruments, and do not attempt to guess order numbers belonging to other people. We suspend accounts and cancel orders where we see this.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing on this page removes rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. If something goes wrong, write to support@typingscenes.com first. Almost everything is settled that way, and faster than any other route.
Changes
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you order.
Language
This page is published in English, Indonesian, Spanish and Portuguese. The English version is the one that applies if the versions differ.
