How fast is delivery?
Most orders complete in under a minute. Some products are marked with a longer window on their product page, and that window is what applies.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Codes go to the email on your account, and your orders stay in one place. Signing in with Google takes one click.
What payment methods work?
QRIS, e-wallets, virtual account, Visa and Mastercard, plus USDT and USDC. What you see at checkout depends on your region.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are held in US dollars and shown in your chosen currency for reference. The amount your bank charges is set by the payment provider at the moment you pay.
The code does not work. What now?
Open a ticket with the order number and a screenshot of the error. If the code is genuinely bad we replace it or refund it in full.
Can I buy a gift card for another country?
Only if your account is registered there. Most gift cards are locked to one region and a code bought for the wrong one cannot be refunded.
Is this an official store?
We are an independent retailer. We buy from authorised distributors and resell. We are not affiliated with the game publishers whose products we carry.
