Refund policy

Digital codes cannot be un-sold. Once a code has been shown to you, the value has left our supplier and we cannot recover it. That is the reason for most of the rules below.

We refund in full

• Payment taken but the order never completed.
• A code that turns out to be already used, or that the issuer rejects as invalid.
• A direct top up that never arrived and cannot be resent.
• A duplicate charge for the same order.

We cannot refund

• A code that has been delivered and viewed, unless it does not work.
• A code bought for the wrong region. Check the product page first.
• A top up sent to a game ID you entered incorrectly.
• Change of mind after delivery.

How to ask

Open a ticket from your account with the order number. Tell us what you saw and what the game or store said. A screenshot of the error is the fastest way to get this resolved.

How long

We answer within 24 hours. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and take 5 to 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or wallet. Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin at the rate on the day of the refund, which may differ from the rate you paid at.
