How to redeem
Every order arrives as a code or lands straight in your game account.
What happens after you pay depends on what you bought. There are two kinds of product in this store and they work differently.
Direct top up
You give us your game ID before paying. We send the credit to that account ourselves, and there is nothing for you to redeem. Open the game and the balance is there.
If the balance has not appeared, check that the ID you entered matches the account you are looking at. A top up sent to the wrong ID cannot be moved afterwards.
Gift cards and vouchers
You receive a code. Open your order page here to see it, then enter it in the shop or app that issued the card.
- PlayStation Store: Redeem Codes, in the account menu.
- Yalla Ludo: Recharge, then Redeem Code.
- iQIYI: enter the code on the VIP page.
- NetEase Pay: a card number and a password, both are on your order page.
Region matters
Most gift cards only work on an account registered in one country. Check the product page before you buy. A code that has been delivered cannot be refunded or exchanged.
